Councill Furniture has been mentioned in the Millionaire's Mind (along with Henkel Harris) as furniture that is not only heirloom quality but stylish and luxury design savvy.

Erkel Associates came on board to take the marketing materials up to match that reputation. Within a year, a new catalogue and market introduction pieces were finished. The next year the website went through a complete remake. Where it had been the typical product presentation methodology EA was tasked with making it into the portal to the entire enterprise. This meant that the backend of this website could run the entire company's inventory and sales from one seat.
