Sperry Marine has gone through a number of corporate transitions since its original inception. Previous to the current situation with Northrop Grumman, Sperry Maine had been owned and was a subsidiary of Litton Industries. Erkel Associates was fortunate enough to begin working with these good Sperry Marine people and as the company changed hands the people and the products remained the same. We've been associated with Sperry Marine since the late 1990s in all of their corporate identity permutations.
